Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of all Lunar Ledger creations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Each piece — from our journals to relics, talismans, engraved keepsakes, and accompanying objects — is created specifically for the individual who commissioned it. Because of this, items cannot be restocked or resold.

Please review all personalization details, finish selections, spelling, sizing, and customization requests carefully prior to placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we may thoughtfully review and resolve the issue.

Please note that minor variations in engraving depth, finish tone, texture, leather grain, hardware patina, and handmade details are normal and part of the character of a handcrafted object.
