All sales are final.
Every Lunar Ledger commission reserves a limited place within my production schedule. Once an order is placed, I begin sourcing materials, maintaining inventory, planning production, and preparing for your handcrafted piece.
If you choose to cancel your commission, your reserved production spot may be released; however, no refunds will be issued. Payments are non-refundable, regardless of production status.
Each piece—including journals, relics, talismans, engraved keepsakes, and accompanying objects—is handcrafted specifically for the individual who commissioned it. Because of the custom nature of my work, items cannot be restocked, resold, returned, or exchanged.
Please review all personalization details, finish selections, spelling, sizing, and customization requests carefully before placing your order, as changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been submitted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs so I can thoughtfully review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Please note that slight variations in engraving depth, finish tone, leather grain, texture, hardware patina, and other handmade details are expected and are part of the unique character of every Lunar Ledger piece.
