Production & Fulfillment
Each Lunar Ledger creation is made to order and crafted in-house. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our work, production timelines currently range between 4-6 weeks depending on order volume, complexity, customization, and material availability.
Please note that estimated timelines are not guarantees and may occasionally shift during periods of high demand, holidays, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We deeply value thoughtful craftsmanship and will never rush the creation of your piece at the expense of quality.

Shipping & Order Terms
By placing an order with Lunar Ledger, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lunar Ledger is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the address provided by the customer if that address was entered incorrectly.
If you notice an error before your order ships, please contact me immediately. While I will do my best to accommodate address changes prior to shipment, I cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered the shipping process.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
For the security of your one-of-a-kind journal, international orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Every Lunar Ledger commission is a custom, made-to-order item created specifically for the customer. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me directly so I have the opportunity to resolve it.
Filing a chargeback for a properly delivered custom order without first attempting to resolve the matter may be considered a breach of these Terms. Lunar Ledger reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting documentation, including order records, correspondence, photographs, production records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and any other relevant evidence. Lunar Ledger also reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law to recover losses associated with fraudulent or wrongful chargebacks.

Customization & Personalization
All Lunar Ledger creations are custom or made-to-order, including journals, relics, talismans, engraved keepsakes, and accompanying objects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted personalization details carefully, including:
• Names, initials, wording, spelling, and dates
• Finish selections and hardware choices
• Custom imagery or engraving requests
• Size and product selections
Lunar Ledger is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect customization requests, or preferences changed after production has begun.
Due to the nature of laser engraving and handmade production, minor variations in engraving darkness, depth, placement, leather grain, texture, finish tone, and handcrafted details are normal and part of the character of a bespoke object.
Fine hairline engravings and highly detailed imagery may appear softer or lighter than bolder text or artwork depending on material and finish selected.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the custom, personalized, and made-to-order nature of all Lunar Ledger creations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Because each piece is created specifically for the individual who commissioned it, items cannot be restocked or resold.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs so we may thoughtfully review and resolve the matter.
