Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All products from The Lunar Ledger are individually handcrafted and produced upon commission. Please allow 3–6 weeks for the creation of your journal before shipment. Once your piece is completed, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders within the United States include complimentary standard shipping. Once shipped, most domestic deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees determined by your local government or carrier. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
The Lunar Ledger is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international carrier delays, or unpaid import fees.
For custom or commissioned pieces, refused international shipments due to unpaid duties or taxes are not eligible for refunds.
Order Tracking
Once your journal has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, The Lunar Ledger is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The Lunar Ledger cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
